Mix masa harina, salt and water to make tortilla dough. Then, master the technique to shape the dough and fry it until golden brown. Next, grill tender skirt steak to make a savory carne asada with crisp, fresh vegetables. Then, practice your knife skills by chopping onions, peppers and tomatoes to make a delicious salsa. Finally, assemble your tacos by layering the grilled steak and vegetables on the tortilla and finish with a dollop of fresh salsa.
